My favorite pizza place is Papa John’s. But my boyfriend’s is Pizza Hut. He convinced me to order from Pizza Hut instead last week to give it another chance after we already had a few bad experiences there in the past. This time was by far the worst and the food was over an hour late, I called and they said “I think our car broke and we forgot to tell you but they’re on your street and it’ll be approximately 10 minutes” It didn’t show until 2 hours after those 10 minutes. I am a big fan of Papa John's Pizza and it has been my favorite pizza delivery restaurant since I was a child. However, tonight I was on the phone for 25 minutes to place an order that was never made. Needless to say I ended up placing an order with Dominoes and they had excellent customer service and the order was placed within in minutes. So long Papa Johns it's over!
