My favorite pizza place is Papa John’s. But my boyfriend’s is Pizza Hut. He convinced me to order from Pizza Hut instead last week to give it another chance after we already had a few bad experiences there in the past. This time was by far the worst and the food was over an hour late, I called and they said “I think our car broke and we forgot to tell you but they’re on your street and it’ll be approximately 10 minutes” It didn’t show until 2 hours after those 10 minutes. The food was incorrect and we were missing items, and when I called to request a refund on the missing items we paid for, they told me I had no proof and could easily be lying and said I was not allowed a refund, I was yelled at and hung up on and never did get a refund for paying $8 for 4 sodas and not receiving them. So we decided not to do that again and to stick with ol reliable Papa John’s. Yesterday I ordered two pizzas, a papadia, and breadsticks. I am a big fan of Papa John's Pizza and it has been my favorite pizza delivery restaurant since I was a child. However, tonight I was on the phone for 25 minutes to place an order that was never made. Needless to say I ended up placing an order with Dominoes and they had excellent customer service and the order was placed within in minutes. So long Papa Johns it's over!
