Tapioca in Houston

I have gone here for years, used to love the staff, they always made conversation and were so nice. I love their milk tea from there compared to other tea places, so I went for the first time during COVID last month (dec 2020) and the staff did not have gloves nor a mask and seemed like she had a cold. She kept sneezing and coughing while preparing my drinks. Went to their back hallway/room area to blow her nose a couple times all while preparing my drinks. I was the only one there so I am not sure if cdc regulations are enforced in terms of keeping distance. No stickers on floor to keep distance. But chairs are put away so glad there is no dine in service. We love their teas so that's a 5/5 star but the covid regulations are the worst by having a sick employee work and act that way

T@pioca is a quaint little cafe. I'm a huge fan of bubble tea/ boba/ tapoica pearl (whatever you prefer to call it), so naturally I decided to give this place a shot. While I wasn't a fan of the atmosphere or look of the place, their bubble tea was top-notch. The boba was the perfect texture--soft outside, slightly chewy, not a pain in the ass to chew. I had a thai tea with the tapioca pearls and some rainbow/mixed fruit jelly. I will definitely be going here again!1
