I ordered through the app. I recieved friendly and very prompt service. The delivery driver was super friendly. Even though he was masked up due to covid, (which I am very appreciative of) you could tell he was smiling underneath.And no joke, I saw the delivery man hustle up to my door like he was carrying a VIP top secret package. He thanked me twice!! I want to thank him for the great job he did and thanks for working in the unusual times we are in.The food was hot and fresh and was some of the best Papa John's I have had! Good ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings. All around great experience. You can tell that the people at the Amherst Papa John's location really care about producing quality pizza and its apparent they care abour their customers!! 12 out of 10.

I contacted this store because a friend was visiting and he loves papa John's pizza, they advised me that they don't deliver to my address, but because they were slow they would do it this once, they were at my house within 30 minutes, I was so pleased with their customer service, and the pizza and crust was delicious.
