Papa John's Pizza in Poland

Ordered their new New York style pizza on a very busy night. The pizza was better than advertised and arrived much earlier than they estimated. Thanks guys, great job!

They do not wear masks and do not wash or sanitize hands here. In the store they act like your bothering them to walk in

Tried to order a couple of pizzas by calling in the order and was on hold for over 30 mins. Was told by Frank that kept putting me on hold that they were busy. After the 3rd call I spoke with the manager Courtney Rapone that also stated that they were busy, I said that is no excuse for me being on hold for over 30 minutes. She then said that she didn't even know that anyone was on hold. SMH I really wanted Papa John's Pizza for dinner but instead, while I was on the phone with Papa John's Corporate Headquarters ( I asked Courtney for the corporate number but she didn't know it so here it is Courtney for when another potential customer calls and is put on hold for over 30 minutes and asks for it you will have it 877-547-7272) my husband called Pizza Hut and within 30 minutes I had 2 pizzas delivered to my door. The owner Nadeen Bajwa and the supervisor Nommi Bajwa should be ashamed of themselves for running such a horrible location and losing customers plus giving Papa John's a bad review. Bilar at the corporate location did not sound to happy about this incident either. According to Bilar I should hear something in 24 to 48 about my report that I filed...... I'll be waiting to hear from someone for sure!
