I always enjoy the salmon or tuna bowls. There's a lot of options for toppings and I usually go for spring mix, banana peppers and cilantro. I'm a big fan and I hope they stay around for a long time. It's odd that there's not often a line, but I also enjoy getting my food quickly.

Poke Factory opened up on UB's North Campus this year. It's located in the UB Commons, which is full of exotic cuisine from around the world...which you cannot use your meal plan at. I first tried Poke Factory during the last week of the Spring 2018 Semester. I ordered a regular bowl and asked to have a mixed base with the spring mix and sushi rice, which they let me do. For protein, I ordered salmon because tuna is $1 extra! Toppings, I asked for pineapple, corn, masago, and seaweed salad. Finally, garnish I ordered fried onions. I also asked for the sesame...
