One of my favorite poke spots. They're always so nice too. The poke is fresh, the rice is yummy, and great side choices as well.

Great place. Quality food, great staff.

The name Poke Fresh is no lie, they had super fresh ingredients and a huge variety of authentic Japanese topping selections! I'd say it's leagues ahead of the Seattle Fish Guys. Service was great and the matcha red bean bingsu dessert was a super surprise! The interior decor is also very clean, sleek and charmingly Instagrammable. Overall, I think this is a hidden gem, soon to be a household name in Seattle!
