Unseasoned chicken, room temperature balsamic tomatoes that should be served cold, sticky yellow rice, tostones were fried hours before served. 1 star for the bread roll which is always consistent in flavor. This location is disgusting and disturbing..spare yourself the awful experience.

Placed a take-out order for a family meal and some extra sides. Went in to pick it up and showed the employee who was working my order number and told her my name. She was VERY rude and unprofessional telling me that she couldn’t read the order number like she just didn’t want to and when I asked for the sauces for my order she THREW it at me. I was treated very poorly and the customer service was just horrible.

I love the food at Pollo Tropical, but I have to give this specific location a -1 out of 10. They are always so rude and never have any of the most popular items available. It seems that all the employees are very poorly managed. Get it together!!
