Update: the previous review was about the downstairs potato corner. We showed the bag of fries to upstairs and even they were embarrassed and added more seasoning. Original: This is absolutely sad. I asked for extra seasoning cause it's obviously lacking and they said they don't do extra seasoning. What about when we are asking for your usual advertised quality? Quality has gone down tremendously since covid.

love their food, came back for it, they forgot to put our ranch in the bag, no biggy. We t back to get it and this asian guy in glasses basically threw em at us without even saying sorry. Extremely offended. I mean, i work at a restaurant too so i understand sometimes when things get really busy, i know it can get really tiring and u just want the day to be over. All i wanted was a simple sorry. Thats it. I wouldn't have been to see his face or anything, so all he had to say was one word, 'sorry'.

Food is always good here but service is a hit or a miss. The employee (skinny guy with curly hair) who helped me place my order was super nice. We got our food and when we got to our car we noticed our ranch was missing. So we go back (can't have chicken tenders without ranch) to ask for ranch and the guy (Asian guy) gave us attitude and tossed the ranch on the counter. I get that it's busy but you applied to work and it's not like we gave attitude or problems. All we did was ask for ranch that we never got with our order.
