I am frequent customer of this Potbelly location because it is close to my work, but unfortunately at least 2-3 times I have had issues with the Orders. This last time I ordered through the Potbelly app, my food showed as "delivered" and I never got it, I called Potbelly to ask what happened and the employee who answered the phone named "Ash" was rude beginning to end of the call....She told me they do not have a delivery guy and I had to call Doordash and figure it out myself with them.She argued it was supposed to be delivered by a Doordash drive...

Is it obvious I love the street car fries? It's the crispiest fries with aioli sauce, feta cheese, olives, peppers, tomatoes and some lettuce. Basically lying to yourself that it's a salad with fries :) The spicy doner with lamb is the way to go. It's wrapped in lavash and has a kick of spiciness. I suggest you get the combo of the wrap and the fries because it's definitely enough food for one.Sit either inside or out! Potbelly Sandwich Shop is best.
