I can't say enough about this place. The dining area is simply gorgeous with lovely views of their circular wine display and street views full of twinkling lights. I tried the Brussel Sprout hash, and it was beyond delicious, one of my top 10 favorite meals of all time!! I visit here every time I'm in Seattle. I wouldn't miss it!

If you are planning to do wine tasting in the area(Hollywood and around in Woodinville) , this is a great place to end your day for a nice dinner, however, especially during the weekend, make sure to reserve well in advance as the place is usually completely booked. You can still try to get a table while there, but wait time can be very long. The quality/price ratio is great. We usually order the Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates $8, the baked brie $17, the beef Bolognese $25(used to be wild boar) which are all great dishes. They have a good wine list with well priced good option (we usually order the Grey produced by Mark Ryan). They have also vegan options (such as vegan burger) which is perfect for us since my daughter in Law is Vegan. It is sad they closed their restaurant in Bellevue post Covid as we used to go there often when open.

what a great concept to bring napa to Seattle, WA. sure wine tasting at the vineyards is the ultimate experience, but at times it's handy and convenient not to worry about driving from vineyard to vineyard, and/or staying an evening in the wine country. sometimes you want to have your wine tasting, go around town, and come home to your own bed. this is where Purple Cafe and Wine Bar comes into play, and you can have a taste of napa in the city lights. opt for wine pairing with snacks or a full meal.
