Expensive and didn't taste good at all.

This is an overrated ramen house. And overpriced ! From California standard it will not pass. Karaage is bland! Tonkansu ramen without Tonkatsu! Spicy ramen tastes like tap ramen from the grocery. Broth is just a hot water with salt. We walked in the snow to get the worst ramen in the world!

Me and my wife loves ramen house by Saijo. Unfortunately today when we made our order, it didn’t come right. I ordered the chashu ramen and it didn’t come with the chashu roast (which I was looking forward to). We called to let them know their mistake and told us the chashu ramen doesn’t come with the chashu roast?! When it clearly states on their menu it does. They weee not helpful at all and would not fix their mistake. If ordering from here please make sure they get your order right.
