Ordered this place off doordash twice… once about 6 months ago, took about 2 hours to get our ice cream.. the driver was at the creamery for about an hour and a half. I decided to order it again tonight and once again.. took forever and this time they didn’t even get my order right. I ordered an ice cream and a smoothie. What I got was 4 separate ice creams with my name on the bag. So somehow they switched my order with someone else’s even though my name is clearly on the bag. Never ordering here again

Just like the rest of the reviews, my fiancée and I had a horrible experience here as well. it took 2 hours for us to get our ice cream, and the lady behind the counter was absolutely rude to us the entire time. At one point, the lady screamed at my fiance that she wasn't approving of the way she was sitting on the old rickety bench. After receiving my milkshake, that was more a slushie then anything, I took my first Sip and immediately tasted ice chunks that were heavily present in my drink. During our long wait, I watched two different customers come in and wait for more than 10 minutes before they were even acknowledged. She replied to them that they can have a seat and she would be with them when she had time. Both parties ended up leaving after over 20 minutes had passed without them even being acknowledged further. Another interesting tidbit, the lady got mad when my fiance and I tried to pay together , making a comment to us under her breath that we both heard and just opted to ignore. I opted to dump my drink down the drain and photograph it just to prove how watery it was. The only reason we are giving it one star, is due to my fiancée ice cream had melted chocolate that replicated "smores" which tasted good.

Roll In Ice Creamery seemed like a fun and exciting experience. In reality, they missed the mark. The ice cream IS delicious, I want that to be known. My issue with this establishment is with its operations. From the moment I walked in the door, I was left feeling confused and alone. The layout is wide open, empty, and silent but for a TV playing YouTube videos. Upon entering, two individuals were seated in a couch facing away from the customer area and away from the entrance. Weren't sure if they were patrons or employees as they wore nothing to differentiate themselves from customers. They slowly got up and one went to the back for 20min... After deciphering the menu, myself and another ordered our ice cream. Felt like we were being a burden. Each ice cream took 15-20min. My friend finished with their ice cream before mine was finished. This is just too slow to be practical. I can't imagine taking a large group. With two production stations, the wait time is such a problem that there is a sign informing customers in a hurry to check with staff on wait time before ordering as there are no refunds. I understand why so many people were demanding refunds that it necessitates a sign. The establishment implements two cold plates to create their ice cream. I don't know if they are running and waiting for customers or if employees turn them on when a customer enters. The time it took to get the first ice cream to be produced would lead me to believe they were room temperature when we walked in the door. After getting our ice cream the employee THEN decided to chat me up about the business and products. I would have preferred to listen to that WHILE you were making the...
