We ordered the steak for two and two sides. The steak was good although there were some pieces that were chewy. The sides were not warm enough. We did not say anything and in retrospect we should have. The server was very nice and attentive. The view was nice. What really threw us off was the dress code. I called ahead and was told no hats, no graphic clothing, no sweats and yet there were customers wearing sweat suits and others wearing baseball hats. This was our first time to this steakhouse ... that's not the environment of a steakhouse.

I want to file a complaint on your S2S Ruth's Chris Steak House (Arlington) location. I have been coming and ordering from this location for over 15 years and have never experienced such awful customer service that I received On March 31, 2021, at 6:34 PM. I made an online order via order.ruthschris.com . When my niece tried to pick up my order, the Ruth's Chris employee in charge of the pickup orders refused to give my niece the order after giving my name and order details. She had to go back to her car to get her cell phone and call me for the order number. I forward the email that I received, but it wouldn't open on her phone. My niece asked the employee if he is ready to receive the number order, and he stated he needs a screenshot; the verbal order number wouldn't suffice. I called Ruth's Chris Steak House (Arlington location) and said I do not know how to do a screenshot, and Ruth's Chris pickup employee started talking in a rude tone stating that this is over $400 and I can't give it to anybody. I asked to speak to the Manager, and he stated he was the Manager. I requested him to cancel the order, and he said OK. I used PayPal to pay for the order and notice that Door Dash billed my account. I contacted Door Dash, and they informed me that Ruth's Chris Steak House stated that I pick up the order. While on the phone with Door Dash, I contacted Ruth's Chris Steak House and asked for the Manager's name, the person that answered the phone named two managers, an...
