Schilling Cider House in Seattle

Visited from California and discovered my new fav place! Between wine tasting and breweries in California, this place tops them all if you like cider. Ended up enjoying 5/6 of my flavors on my flight! With so many more to try. Highly recommend this place and hoping they come with more flavors at our local Total Wine in LA.

Walked in off the street after visiting the Fremont Troll since I had worked up quite the thirst, I was asked for my vaccination card before my ID, not sure if she was calling me old or was more worried about health regulations, I'm gonna go with the latter, any who it was actually nice and cozy in there, I would say it's quaint, high ceilings, open roof structure, bar sits four people and they have group tables for larger groups. I sat at the bar and proceeded to try 3 different ciders, can't remember the names but one of them was a habanero something, it was decent. The atmosphere was pretty cool, one of the bartenders was a bit distracted, her boyfriend was sitting at the bar as well (I'm not the bf) but she was able to focus enough to help and was very knowledgeable about the taps when called upon. All in all if you're in the mood for a hard cider stop by, have your vaccination card handy and enjoy!
