Started as a normal fill up experience, however, when i came out of the bathroom, I was verbally assaulted by the manager Donna for, as she put it, “Slamming the F’ing door.” By the look on her colleagues faces, it would seem that she has a habit of yelling at her customers. By the look of Donna, she has some things going on in her life that need straightening out and I wish her well with that.

Atrocious experience. Visited this Shell location yesterday 10/1 at 10AM looking to fill up and pay cash. Requested the attendant unlock the pump so I can fill up, he refused and requested a specific dollar amount that I would have to pre-pay. Completely ludicrous and unprofessional as this is not the way it is done at any other shell I have ever visited. (I know this as shell 93 is the only gas I put in the past two cars I have owned) The owner of this gas station should be ashamed, work to re-train their staff and...
