They used Great Value brand fruit for my smoothie bowl. I would have excepted better quality for something that costs $9. They also topped my bowl with frozen strawberries which were virtually inedible and was a huge waste. The flavor was okay but overall this was the worst smoothie bowl I have ever had. They should stick to smoothies only. Eating nothing would have been better than the disappointment I felt after eating this.

Wow, amazing service and amazing products. I appreciate that they wear masks inside and are taking necessary safety precautions to keep the public safe. The smoothies and juice are both fresh and delicious!

I've gone to this particular locations 3 different times, and the smoothie I got each time was worse than the last. I've been to many Smoothie Factory stores, and I like to get 32 oz smoothies. At other locations, they're normally delicious. At this location, the 32 oz smoothies taste just like 20 oz smoothies with way more ice (and water) in them than they should have. On my very last trip, I had to have the guy remake the smoothie I ordered because it tasted so terrible. The second one wasn't much better, but I took it because I was pressed for time. On my 3 trips, I've earned enough points for a free protein. After I got grab that, I'm never going back to this location.
