I ordered a coney from this restaurant and once I got home and took a bite, I was like…”WTH?!?” I pulled the dog out from under the cheese and was APPALLED by what I saw. The damn hotdog was dried up like it had been sitting around for HOURS…the outside was shriveled and dark. I posted a photograph so you can see what I’m talking about.Had I still been at the restaurant, I would’ve taken it to the door and asked why in the world someone would actually put that in a hotdog bun and serve it to someone. No one in their right mind should’ve served that… THOROUGHLY disappointed and will never go back to this Sonic.

This Sonic’s service has gone down drastically since Thanksgiving. I have experienced longs waits to make orders at the drive through and long waits at the stalls. Staffing is always a problem at this Sonic. They are always looking for help. There are a few really good carhops as there are more that are less than adequate. I visit Sonic at least once a day, sometimes twice and really want this Sonic to improve. I waited 25 minutes at the drive through one evening before anyone ask to take my order. I saw 5 customers leave, I waited to just see how long it would take and I really need a bag of ice.
