Very friendly service I did a mobile order without realizing that they did not do mobile orders My order went to Flagstaff and so they gave me my drink for free amazing service

This is like a lot of Starbucks in pricing near attractions- high. Unfortunately they also don't know how to fill up a cup. I ordered a venti Chai and ended up with a grande as they left it two inches from the top. It's so frustrating to want a full cup and they just can't pull it off. I also had a grande drip and it was heavier than the venti. Disappointed
