The staff here is great! In particular, Jimmi, always looks out for me. When he sees me walk in he will either grab my drink himself or he will politely request a team member to do so instead. He's always amicable and I would bet a dollar to a donut that the dude is always smiling behind his mask. His vibe alone keeps me coming back... if cleanliness is next to godliness they treat the place like the Taj Mahal!...

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks in Katy. Every single time I have walked into the door, I am NOT greeted. Not once. Today I came in for a drink and of course, no greeting but every single customer after me was greeted. The drinks are a hit or miss. And the waits are LONG most of the time. I hate that this is the closest one to my house.
