Wonderfully friendly people....BUT (and it’s a BIG BUT!) They forgot a portion of our order and we tried to call them to see if we could just swing back by and get it (We weren’t too upset, it was busy. We understand) we never got through. TRIED CALLING FOR 15 MINUTES! THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! It will ring for about 20 rings then someone will literally HANG UP on you! Stock Burger, the “new novelty” place to eat WILL wear off soon and then what will you do?! You have to answer your phone people. If you don’t want to take to go orders after a certain time, then no problem. At least put an answering machine on your phone or have your staff tell people when they call that you are no longer taking to go orders after a certain time. BUT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!
