Custom-made sandwiches still the better than other fast food")

I had a bad experience today, I ordered 3 meal of the day at $6.99 and when I was ready to pay the guy told me I have to pay $1 extra because He toasted the bread, I am not sure if it was for all 3 or $1 for each sandwich. It doesn't have sence charge you a dollar for a few seconds to toast the bread, I have many years buying at different subway stores and never asked me to pay any penny for that, I didn't buy them so they have to eat them or dump them in the trash just because they want to charge me extra.If you are going to buy something at this store ask them what they usually chage extra before make the order.

-Just in case it's too long, it ultimately breaks down to, check your orders before you leave the restaurant! I ordered through the app, it doesn't allow you alter sandwiches. But, you can write in a "special instructions" box. I've done it before no problems, even with some bizarre requests. So, I get home after picking up my sandwiches, and unfortunately, they put everything on that I asked not to be put on, and none of the things I actually asked for, were on the sandwiches? Both sandwiches, were $12 each. So when they make a mistake you think they'd be a little more sympathetic to the customer. I even tried to call ahead to fix it over the phone. There's no phone number on the receipt, I had to Google it. They didn't answer. When I asked later why they didn't answer,  she said they're too busy. Too busy to take orders from customers? So, I go all the way back down, and explain the situation. She acts like I made the mistake on the App. I explained, the app doesn't allow you to change the ingredients, only the special instructions area does. Which is printed at the top of the receipt (I pointed to it, for her). I asked before she started to make my sandwiches again, if I could get a discount, for the delay. She said she couldn't on one of the sandwiches, because I got a discount (that has nothing to do with fixing a mistake? But ok), so I assumed she meant she would make it up on the other sandwich. After helping her make the sandwiches (even though, again, it's all printed on the receipt), she tosses me the sandwiches and says have a good day. So, I'm like, what about the discount? It literally has taken an hour of my time now. She says, she can't give me one? So, I a...
