Horrible customer service! I placed an order an hour ahead of time online and part of my order was missing I called back and the rude employee said they have to review cameras in order to refund the order I never got. The order was suppose to be ready at 6:25 and it wasn’t ready until 10 min after. If you’re gonna have people waiting, ID people, ask for the card they pay with, the LEAST you can do is get the order right. Food is nothing out of ordinary, spicy Cajun flavor but NOT worth coming twice!

I wish I can give zero stars… I ordered the swamp city pack for $27.99… the smell was horrible and the seafood made me sick to my stomach… whoever boiled the crabs and shrimp AND corn you need to stay the hell out of the kitchen… nothing was seasoned… they got my money for free… I will never be visiting them again… they suck...
I love it I am from the southwest were the big competion is mikes seafood and Lotus and Swamp city shut both of them down to me . The food was season so good the corn was good the crabs were good and the rice. I plan on coming back either today or this weekend and I am bringing my girls to join me.
