This place has been very hit and miss but this past Sunday takes the cake. I ordered a pretty good sized order over the DoorDash app and after seeing how much cheaper it would be to just choose the pick up option, I decided to go with that. After paying for my food and getting an order confirmation it said they were starting to make everything. I figured a good 30 minutes would be plenty of time to make everything seeing that they are probably busy. This location shows it is open until 1am so 9 pm shouldn’t be a problem right? Wrong. When I pulled up I noticed the drive through lights were turned off and the building was locked. So I called them and told them I was outside to pick my food up which I had already paid for. They told me that they were closed and that I was basically SOL. I understand that working fast food isn’t glamorous and can suck but they could have at least cancelled my order so I didn’t lose my money. And last time I checked, you don’t just close a business 4 hours early because you don’t feel like being there.
