Fairly tasty food and decent drinks at the bar. Service was simple but satisfying. The odd thing about this place though was despite the quite lovely Mexico-themed decor they were playing kind of terrible '80s hairband music really loudly and I just couldn't get over it. There's probably better Mexican food around town but it's a cute place for a date if you're into Motley Crue.

A relatively small menu (except for tequila) but that's cause everything they make is next level. The calimari tastes fresher then off a boat. The goat cheese balls are flavored to perfection. Something has changed with the way food is prepared. Popcorn shrimp app was flavorless and disappointing. Tacos were soggy. The tortilla soup was bland and had little chicken. The only thing that seemed the same was the guac app. On the plus - server was great (friendly and attentive) but we won't be going back anything soon. Not the Tequila 61 that wowed us when they first opened.
