The Bishop, firstly, is a great local spot with an interesting menu that is sure to satisfy your palate. It just so happens to be Bourbon themed with a great list of them! The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is always relaxed and it is well spaced.

This place is a real boot restaurant with mid tier food and high tier prices. Heard they started a new salt mine nearby and sold out to this place after a couple days because it was the only thing inside my food.

Found The Bishop after taking some wrong turns and driving around looking for something to be open on a Sunday in the Capitol. What a pleasant surprise. We had a lovely brunch. Our table ordered steak and eggs, short rib sando, and the smash burgers. Food was better than expected. Our server was friendly and attentive. We also got to talking with one of the owners. We would stop here again when driving through.
