Went there for the first time tonight. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and The Earle did not disappoint. The food was absolutely spectacular, the custom martinis and cocktails were perfect, and the service was supreme! We had two waitresses but my memory stinks...one's name was Erin. We had four different entrees and we each found our individual plates to be exactly what we wanted, including some custom ordering by me since I really wanted the Del Monico but can't stand mushrroms...Erin came up with a winning solution that was out of this world! The menu is broad enough for anyone's tastes and the prices are about what should be expected a "3 dollar sign" listed. What was even more impressive, and completely unexpected was that we received a very nice "Birthday" discount for the table. Would highly recommended The Earle Restaurant to anyone and everyone and I know we will be returning there again and again.
