Poorly managed, employees are not trained well. Long waits, wrong orders. Just a mess. Shameful really.

Tim Hortons has taken over Buffalo much in the same manner as mushrooms take over a field after a heavy rain. They offer hot coffee and other beverages, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, donuts and other pastries, as well as lunch items like sandwiches and soups. Service is blindingly fast, and prices are very reasonable. The quality of the food is consistent from store to store. A definite win for those on the run.
