Tony's Deli in Anaheim

Got the pastrami and italian to split with a friend and they were so dang good!! Sides I got potato salad and chili and both were very good. Overall would come back and def recommend this place highly.

OUTSTANDING! Only 5 star reviews get that intro and this place is out of this world. I got the Russell's Dip. The flavor of the thinly sliced beef is incredible when paired with the cheese and soft roll. The decor is a curated aesthetic you would find in the kind of places that don't exist anymore, as was the warm greeting from the staff. It's more expensive than your typical sandwich spot, but it is truly the best sandwich I've ever had(and I've had a lot, I have a pot belly after all) Only the potato salad didn't quite deliver. Still very good, lacked something and I can't quite put my finger on it.

Tony's has always been good through out the years. Whelp, now its great . Since the late 70's  we have always enjoyed going to Tony's deli for lunch. Back when the Frink family started it it was the best place on Anaheim Blvd.. There was a transition to what I believe a second owner, where the food quality was still good, but their service was less than family friendly. The current owners have taken this place to the next level with fast and friendly service, great sandwiches and salads and a great selection of old time sodas and pop. Great atmosphere and great food, highly recommend this place.
