After going to the Packing District, I hiked across the street to the Unsung Brewing Company as I wasn't in any rush to stand in line for the overflowing valet parking attendants to retrieve my car. The actual taproom is huge with lots of seating and high ceilings. I almost felt like i was in a cave. The beer itself was pretty good as I tried one of their sours and a pale ale. Now I just had a beer not too long ago and I liked the sour so much that I had to try another. The weather was nice and outside in the long benches seating area, there was plenty to look at and take in in terms of how this place was designed/decorated. Parking can be a problem if you don't wish to valet across the street at the Packing District. It may require some walking and luck but for this place, it's definitely worth it. Pro tip: there's a BBQ place right next door for your food needs.
