WaBa Grill in Pomona

This waba is trash The cashier lady that was there around noon 9/21/2021 Charged me 29 cents for a single Serrano sauce after i watched her give a handful away for free Oddly enough she only seemed to treat Spanish speaking customers way better then the ones who would speak english She could have asked, i speak Spanish too...

I am surprised that I have the opportunity to complain about the RUDE head cashier here after sooooo many complaints I have read here today.  This confirms same RUDE lady here for more than a year, in charge.  Waba will likely reply to my post similar to others " we are so sorry" but really not just making it seem like they are concerned about their customers experience blah blah blah.  I have heard these two women speak of other customers in a complaining manner in Spanish but whatever just order and leave.  Well the last two visits have been crap- don't ask for an extra waba sauce cause she will educate you on how Waba instructs them to only give one.  The attitude she takes your order with and delivers the messages with is FREE.... Waba's business motto must be unlimited attitude JUST limit the sauce!! Management- don't ask me to email you my concerns.  Its all laid out here like everyone else's SMH  do something!  We love the food but the service SUX!

I usually don't do any kind of negative reviews considering I am in the restaurant business and I know how it is like, however, my experience yesterday was beyond unpleasant.  I was went to the Waba Grill in Claremont: 2209 E Baseline Rd Ste 600, Claremont, CA 91711 yesterday 6/30/2020 at about 2:30pm  to buy a family pack. Upon arriving a lady with very unfriendly attitude took my order. I wanted to buy the Family Pack that was promoted on the door for 23.99 that includes dumplings and 4 drinks. When I ordered it she looked very confused and was hesitating with me like she didn't want to sell it to me. She charges me 28.99 plus tax when it was promot...
