Love wingstop- not this branch. I tried picking up my DoorDash today and this short, skinny guy (I think he was Asian) with glasses asked to see the name. I told him the order and the name. He said he needs to see a screenshot which is fair. Since my boyfriend ordered it, I took a photo of the receipt from his phone. Showing the screenshot, it said preparing order (even though the order was placed 30mins ago) but it didn't have his name. He said he can't do anything without seeing the name. At this point, I'm a bit annoyed that he's making me go back and forth even though he can just look back and see the order name. My boyfriend was on a Zoom meeting but I had him come in and show him the receipt. The cashier looks around and doesn't look at the phone on purpose when we show him the receipt and the name. My boyfriend leaves and he pretends like he didn't see the name. I have my boyfriend come back again. The guy is literally smiling while this is happening....
