I go to this place a lot but recently either they are short-handed or under new man, when I went yesterday we waited 45 min for our order. I expected this to be a fast food type establishment. They were out of rice!!! I cannot believe it. It's like a burger place saying they're out of buns… next time I might call ahead to make sure they are stocked before I head over.

This location in Alhambra has been around for over 30 years. I remember stopping in more regularly back that long ago. My wife and I stopped in recently for dinner and ordered the original beef bowl, mine with veggies. The flavor is just the way I remembered it from our last dine in, which was well over a year and half ago. It is good to see that if there is nothing is wrong with a recipe why change it. Staff was friendly and helpful.
